Swedish Professional Football Leagues (SEF) proudly presents version 18 of its league and club apps, introducing a range of new features designed to strengthen the connection between clubs and supporters.

Enhanced Interaction and Visual Identity

The new app gives clubs greater control over their visual profile and enables more engaging content. Supporters can now participate in discussions through comment threads, access video content in a vertical format, and engage in quizzes and polls.

Expanded Match Experience

The apps now offer a more immersive match experience, both for stadium visitors and remote fans. Live scores, notifications, and streamed content from SEF’s own platform, Fotboll Play, provide supporters with access to highlights, interviews, and exclusive club material directly within the app.

Club Influence

SEF highlights the central role of clubs in the development process. Their input has been crucial in creating a platform that meets supporters’ needs, from ticket purchases and match information to in-depth statistics and exclusive content between matches.

Future Development

“We are continuing our development journey with the goal of launching more services and products. Our focus is on strengthening the bond between clubs and supporters, allowing individuals to move from passive recipients to active participants, while maximizing the football experience within the app,” says Stina Andreasson, Product Owner at Swedish Professional Football Leagues.

This update marks a significant step in SEF’s mission to deliver a modern and engaging digital platform for Swedish elite football.
